A VERY NICE PORT WITH A CLUB NAUTICO. AS THIS WHOLE COAST IS FULL OF FRESH SEAFOOD I TREATED MYSELF TO SCALLOPS AT 1 EURO EACH AND GRILLED SARDINES - JUST COULDN'T RESIST THE SMELL.

- I am a "mature" wanderer from Ireland who always wanted to travel. I worked in the USA, Germany and Italy while raising my four children but now I'm free and retired so I started living in Chiang Mai, Thailand for four months a year. From there I have visited most of Asia. I travel usually alone using buses, trains, whatever is moving in the area. I bought a VW California camper van and spend four or five months a year visiting a country on the continent. I love the community of motor home travellers and the ease of finding parking and camping spots all over the continent. I attempt to get to know each country well by travelling slowly and studying the language The remaining months of the year are spent in Ireland frequently at Trad music festivals where I stay in Brandy often parked at beaches My motto is "Life is what happens to you when you have other plans" A great life and long may it last. I'm so lucky
